SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Shipping terms
- $12.50 flat rate shipping.
- As all products are carefully made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch.
- All domestic orders are shipped via the safest and most direct courier for your particular order from the gold coast warehouse.
- Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
- The utmost care is taken to ensure your items are packed carefully and ready for transit. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the courier listed on the item. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
- Please enter your shipping address correctly. Your address cannot be altered once received and dispatched and you will be charged the standard postage rate to resend.
- If you require express post options, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@romylouise.com.au
- Romy Louise Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. In the case of extreme weather, Covid caused delays, or other courier company issues after the item has been sent.
- In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery and the courier leaves you a notification card that they missed you, it is your responsibility to follow up and reschedule a new delivery time. Should the courier be unable to complete the delivery and you have failed to make contact to reschedule, your order will be returned to us. In these cases, Romy Louise Pty Ltd reserve the right to charge you again for any return and re-send costs that we incur.
Returns
Subject to your rights at law, we will only accept the return of products if:
- You change your mind within 30 days the goods being dispatched by us and they are returned in the same condition/un-opened as they were sent.
- We accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered, in which case we will (at our option) replace the incorrect product with the correct product or credit your credit card/paypal account with a full refund.
- We accept that the products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you, in which case we will (at our option) replace the products or credit your credit card/paypal account with a full refund.
You must pay all costs of returning products to us.
Cancellations
Romy Louise will allow cancellations of orders only in the event that they have not yet been dispatched.
