We will use the information provided by you in order to fulfil your Romy Louise order.  We know you want to receive your Romy Louise candle as quickly as possible, so we will use your payment information to deduct the payment owed at the time you place your order. We will also use your email address to keep you updated as to the status of your order.

We love staying in touch with you and keeping you updated on Romy Louise developments via facebook, instagram and twitter. Any information provided by you through comments/messages through social media, will be handled in the same way as information provided through our website.

Any photographs posted through instagram or any other social media, which include or tag Romy Louise or any of our products, may be subject to being re-posted by us on our Romy Louise instagram. The original author will always be credited.

Any information given to us during the checkout process will be stored on our online store platform until we have completed your transaction and posted your candle out to you. We do not hold onto any of your details after this time unless you give us permission to store your email address for our newsletter list.  In this instance it will be stored securely and confidentially in our private Romy Louise database.
